McDowell Presbyterian Church & Headwaters Chapel, a PC(USA) congregation in the western highlands of Virginia, invites you to join us in worship and praise of the Lord of creation. The natural beauty in which we live reminds us of the great love affair God is having with all of God's creation and moves us to share that love. Come and worship. Come and stay. The doors are open. ****************************************************************************** WORSHIP TIMES & LOCATIONS Headwaters Chapel: Sundays at 10:00 a.m. McDowell Presbyterian Church: Sundays at 11:15 a.m. Adult Sunday School at 10:00 a.m. Bible Study 1st, 2nd, 4th & 5th Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Every Fifth Sunday of any month, area churches rotate worship from church to church. Check the calendar or The Recorder (the local newspaper) for the location of worship on Fifth Sundays. NOTE: The 5th Sunday of October (Oct. 30), Headwaters & McDowell will be worshiping with area churches at the 11.15 service at McDowell Methodist Church. There will be no services at either Headwaters or McDowell Presbyterian on Oct. 30. ****************************************************************************** WHERE ARE WE? Headwaters Chapel is located on U. S. Route 250 in Head Waters, Highland County, Virginia. We're the white church sitting right on the road - you can't miss us! McDowell Presbyterian Church is located on U. S. Route 250 in McDowell, Virginia, at the intersection of Rt. 250 with Bullpasture River Road (Rt. 678). We're the red brick church right across from the Civil War Cemetery. **********************************************************************************
